Tenth House Studio provides architectural design, interior design, ADU plans, space planning, and construction drawings for permits. We assist in legalization of unpermitted structures, zoning research, Title 24 coordination, and working with various city departments to streamline approvals.

Our goal is to increase property value, add functional space, and reduce project stress — from concept to permit approval.
